When you come in for your first visit, simply pay the one-time enrollment fee along with your first monthly payment, and you'll start enjoying all the benefits included in the plan you select. Most plans cover a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and professional cleaning.

We've got a Perio Plan specifically designed for you. It covers your regular perio maintenance visits and gives you extra discounts on certain perio services. During your first visit, we'll let you know if you need any of these additional services.

Credit and Debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. You can also use your HSA card.

Our preventive regular care includes a doctor's exam, annual x-rays, and a professional cleaning. These are all included at no extra cost and are available based on how often you decide to visit when you sign up for your plan.

Your plan gives you discounts on any restorative work that needs to be done, or on any elective work you might want. This helps you save money when you need dental work. Keep in mind that there may be some things not covered by the plan

Simply schedule the work you need, and we'll automatically apply discounts. You won't have to deal with any paperwork or hassle to get these valuable discounts.

We intend for your membership to continue month-to-month for as long as you have teeth. You'll be billed for a minimum of 6 months, and you can't cancel before then. If you need to cancel after the initial 6 months, just give us a call, and we'll be happy to stop your plan.

To encourage you to make use of your preventive benefits that are included, we'll reward you with points that you can use for any services you might need. You'll earn rewards after each cleaning or perio maintenance visit, and these rewards won't expire as long as your membership stays active.

No! There are no limitations or waiting periods for any current or future dental needs.
