We are excited to have you as our patient! On or before your first visit, pay the one-time enrollment fee and first monthly payment. Your plan includes a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and a professional cleaning. Please note, after the doctor exam, your cleaning needs will be confirmed and scheduled accordingly. We may need to alter your plan and schedule additional appointments to complete your preventative care benefits.

We have a Perio Plan specifically designed for you. It includes your regular perio maintenance visits as well as additional discounts on specific perio services. During your initial visit, we will let you know if these services are needed.

Credit and Debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. You can also use your HSA card. Other financing options are available for treatment needs.

Your regular preventative care includes a doctor exam, annual x-rays and professional cleaning and fluoride. These are included at no additional charge and are available based on the visit frequency you choose when you sign up for your plan.

Your plan includes discounts on any restorative work that needs to be completed, (filling, root canal, crown, etc.) or on any elective work you may desire (implant, veneers, full mouth reconstruction etc.). This saves you money without restrictions or limitations.

Just schedule the work you need and we will automatically apply the discounts. There is no paperwork or hassle to receive the valuable discounts. Is there a waiting period for benefits and services? No! There are no limitations or waiting periods for current or future dental needs.

We plan on your membership continuing on a month-to-month basis for as long as you have teeth. The total monthly amount will be billed for a minimum of 6 months and is not cancellable prior. If you need to cancel after the initial 6 months give us a call and we will be happy to discontinue your plan.

Choose the plan that you believe applies to you.  Once we evaluate your mouth we may suggest that you change your plan at which point we can easily update and calculate the difference in price.

Yes!  In addition to monthly you can pay annually or semi annually.  This will still be a recurring charge at the frequency you choose to be billed.  You will receive a reminder email one week before your annual or semi-annual due date.
